Pork Loin Chops - 1 kg

A family favourite. Pork loin chops are lean and tender and are great cooked under the griller. Five minutes before removing from the heat, smear with avocado, a squeeze of lemon juice and top with Parmesan cheese. Leave to melt before serving hot.
